A 30-minute supportive session to help you feel steady, seen, and connected as you move through the holiday season.
It’s been a year of so much — change, noise, stress, uncertainty, fatigue. And as the year gives way to the holidays, it can all feel like a lot to carry.
For many, this season already stirs more than celebration — old roles, patterns, and feelings resurface, expectations rise, and somewhere between the giving and the tending, you begin to disconnect.
This is your pause —
a quiet space to come back to yourself, to exhale, to be met as you are. These sessions offer a place to land when things feel overwhelming, ungrounded, or just too much —when you need a moment for someone to be there for you and with you.A space to rediscover — or reimagine — what this season means for you, underneath it all. To remember your own rhythm, your own breath, your own center.
You may give deeply to others; it’s who you are.
But this year, you might also give something back to yourself —a small, steady moment of presence that carries you through with more ease and meaning. If you need a steady place to land and be met this season, reach out.
This may be the beginning of a different way through.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas who has spent many years walking alongside people through times of transition, overwhelm, loss, and renewal. My work centers presence, attunement, and gentle steadiness — offering a quiet space to reconnect with yourself when life feels full.
Please note: Sessions are currently available to clients who are physically located in Texas at the time of service.
Session fee: $75–$95, based on what feels doable for you.
These 30-minute sessions offer a calm, grounded space for reflection, steadiness, and staying connected with yourself during the holiday season. They are supportive, present-centered conversations and are not intended for crisis care or in-depth psychotherapy.
